Oldsmobile for me. It's up the ladder from the Ford, and I believe better built. But it doesn't look as good, except I never liked that discordant two toning around the headlight bezels on the Ford.
I love the Ford; I was 9 in 1956 when my brother bought a new 1956 Ford Crown Victoria in red & white. But, since I do not care for the color combo and skirts on this one I went with that killer Olds! I think that with the top down, the Olds would compete much more favorably with the Sunliner.

Go figure...I feel just the opposite...the up top gives the Oldsmobile an advantage because it adds a dimension and a color to the vehicle.

Yeah, I can sure see that John. In red, the car to me, looks good as a monotone cruiser.
Clearly, the Oldsmobile Super 88 is positioned higher than the Ford Sunliner, within the automotive hierarchy, but it's the more attractive Ford that gets my vote.
