The Merc is definitely from bizarro world, so much that it looks like it has to be AI. I don’t necessarily mean that in a bad way, I’m sure plenty will vote for it, I just prefer the earthbound Poncho.

kevins, I've had this pic on file since June, 2020, long before AI was available to the common man.The Merc is definitely from bizarro world, so much that it looks like it has to be AI. Like kevins I admire the spaceship Mercury, but it's the Pontiac I prefer.

'56 was the last year I loved Mercury and '57 was the first year I liked Pontiac. Mercury '50 - '56 + '61, Pontiac '57 - '64 for my taste.

Yikes! For me, this one was tough! Ultimately, considering this is the fifties, I have to disagree with Tony and say, "Too much bling is not enough!" I vote for the Mercury and hope LeRoy Jetson doesn't go bad and try to steal it.

@sizedoesmatter I was well aware of this alien craft long ago, and even though I tried to erase the trauma of seeing it it still lurks somewhere in the nether regions of my memory. I was trying to imagine that a younger person seeing a photo of the car today would assume that the design could not come from a group of human beings, at least not sober one’s. I hope no one in this group will take offense to my remarks, it’s just therapy for me to vent like this. Each individual has their own idea of beauty, even if they are dead wrong. NOTE: Intended ‘humor’.
