I choose DeSoto; imagine driving up to a car show in that!

Of these three, I would prefer the Mercury with the DeSoto as a close second choice.

Well everyone here knows my being unable to impartial when it comes to any '57 up against the Oldsmobile.  It simply to my eyes is the best looking and best styled of the three cars.  So my vote is for the OLDS!

Now if this "Which One" were only between the DeSoto and the Mercury, I'd choose the Mercury hands down.  My personal opinion with regard to the DeSoto is that after the drop-dead gorgeous '56 the year before, the '57 was just destroyed with its looks.

DeSoto. It looks extraordinary.

Not a slam dunk though. They all look terrific.

DeSoto, Mercury, and Oldsmobile.   The DeSoto yells "1957!"   The Mercury, with that rear window, is looking at 1960.  Oldsmobile is just tacking on more of the same.

Olds styling wins this in spite of it looking a bit outdated compared to the lovely DeSoto, which is a strong second place.  The Mercury is a distant third.
