The dramatic Chrysler, right down to its color.
Retired in Dunedin, Florida.
Chrysler all the way here. Loved those lines and aggressive nose.
I truly love both and can't pick just one...tie.
@ed-glorius, I love "dramatic." The Buick is refined and very nicely done. But that Chrysler is dramatic. It catches the eye with the strong statement of the grille, leads it all the way to those soaring fins in the back, and makes you want to do it all over again.

I've always loved the front end of that Buick - with its 'eyebrow' wings that smoothly transition into rear stabilizer fins! But it looks better on the two-door version than the flat top sedan. The grill, sleek, simplistic styling of the New Yorker - two door or four - is elegant. I vote Mopar.
The only full-size Buick I like, don't like the Chrysler until '62.
The '60 Buick is beautiful, but the '60 Chrysler is drop-dead GORGEOUS! And its best styling feature (to me) isn't visible in the picture, so if I may, John:

I think "dramatic" defines the CHRYSLER perfectly! In my opinion, only the Buick and the Mercury for '60 are close runner-ups for the CHRYSLER. Everything else from The Big Three for '60 doesn't come close to being a contender in the styling department.

Oh and by the way, don't know if I've ever said this before, but I've never been a fan of the GM "Flattops" for '59 and '60. BUTT UGLY!

Both are great looking, but I lean heavily toward the Chrysler.
Chrysler is gorgeous but the Buick looks better to me.

It's a close one today but I give the nod to the Chrysler styling.
I love the pure, aggressive styling of the 1960 Chrysler, with the body line wrapping around the front fender, thru the door and into those soaring fins, terminating with those boomerang taillights. The V front bumper and matching grill... What can I say but Chrysler?!
I have loved the 59-60 Buick since I was a kid. I would prefer a 2 door bubble top version.
