'63 Chevrolet or Ford?

Another toughie. I'm tempted to vote 'tie' and if this were a '64 Galaxie I might vote Ford. But as it is, I have to give the edge to the '63 Impala SS. Love the shape, love the stylized roof and the simplicity of the sides of the car.

I love both cars but, in spite of having owned a '63 Impala, I prefer the styling of the Galaxie 500 by a very slim margin. The Ford roofline and interior seals the deal for me.

FORD GALAXIE Love '61 - '69. Chevrolet Impala like '61, '62, '64.

Two cars I really like but the Chevy wins for it's less cluttered body side moldings and I have always liked the rear tail light treatment.

As they are both pictured, they are equally cool. And amazingly the Chevy's front-fender right height is right. That's not something that is often the case. However, not wanting to vote a Tie, I gave the edge to the FORD because of the taillights, grill, and dashboard.

They're both great looking cars for '63 but for sentimental reasons I'm going with the Ford.

The Ford is nice but I prefer the styling of Chevrolet SS. I also have sentimental ties to the Chevrolet.
