Again, two good cars but I prefer the grill and side structure of the Park Lane. I would not mind a drive in either one.

Both cars for '64 are favorite body styles to my eyes.  But against each other, I vote for the MERCURY.

That's a great looking Mercury. The color combo is fantastic! It gets my vote.

The 64 Ford and Mercury are both beautiful cars but in this case a slight edge to the Mercury.

This vote surprises me.  I thought it would be closer with the Ford winning.

Ford styling wins by a hair.  I prefer the grille and tail lights of the Ford but love both cars.  I prefer the 63 Mercury to the 64.

That Mercury convertible would make a fine model in 1:43.

As you may know, Goldvarg is doing a 2drht soon; I would be very surprised if Sergio didn't do the convertible at some point as it would sell well IMHO.

@jack-dodds I forgot about that one.  Wasnt this released as the original "Marauder" with a choice of several big engines? If so I hope it get s badged as such since the car was a sensation. Better looking IMHO than the his '65 which did sell out.  Agreed that the drop top would be nice and would be profitable.  That always must kept in mind.

Looking at what's to come it seems that Sergio will be heading towards the 50s and 40s, probably again leaving so many 60s subjects absent in our scale.  Perhaps profitability is the issue after all?  But his 60s models do seem to sell -- some like the Wildcat immediately upon release, and yet that great early 50s 'surf woodie' remains available...

Love the Mercury, but it was never a contender in my book, so for me it's the great looking '64 Ford.
