Crisp, clean, contemporary...this styling generation of mid-sized Plymouth is the winner by a large margin here!

I owned the convertible version of that 1966 Chevelle SS. Loved it. Next choice here would be the Fairlane, but not in the same ball park.

I drove all three of these offerings back in the day; I prefered the Plymouth ride & handling, I always liked the looks of the Fairlane best of the three, Chevy was just a nice car.  How do I rate these?  Tie for 1st Ford & Plymouth, Chevy in 2nd by it self, and nobody in third they are all so good.

1966 what a great year for muscle cars, I loved them all. My favorites:

66 GTO (5)
66 Coronet 500

I've recently developed a liking for this Fairlane due to its proportions and stacked lights, so it pips the Plymouth, but just.

The Plymouth's hardtop pillars are one of my favorite 60s styling details.

I really like the Fairlane style and size, Chevy is a close second, Plymouth also close.  👀

Chevelle styling wins IMHO.  Plymouth is second by a nose over Ford because of its interior.  I would love to own any of these cars though.

EASY ONE TODAY!  The PLYMOUTH hands down.  Ho-hum for the Chevy and really, really ho-hum for the Ford.
