Mercury by a slight edge.  Surprised by how similar they look.

Mercury for the easy win. This era of full size Mercury styling, although considered squarish by some people, presents as sleek and trim compared to the comparatively chunky looking Chrysler.  IMHO full size Chrysler styling took a serious downturn in '67 thru '69.

Like both and choice varies by the day. Today, I would slightly prefer the Chrysler 300.

Tie for the front view here but the rear view makes me choose the Mercury today.

Another tough one. Today I pick the Chrysler for it's interior and dash board.

Although I like both about equally, neither are favorites. Styling and color goes to the Chrysler - so does my vote.

Chrysler for its styling. The Mercury looks bland to me.

I don't like "square boxy" cars, so I had to vote NO INTEREST in either.  For a side note, the same stylists must have been working for both Chrysler and Ford.

Great colors, both! I, of course, voted for the Chrysler.

Also, for those who've commented that these cars look similar, I'm absolutely NOT seeing what you're seeing...yes, they're both convertibles with 4 wheels, but that's about as far as the similarity goes, to my eye.
