Mercury. I love the interiors of the first two years of the Charger but feel the car is just oversized.

What HE said. I owned a white with red accented '67 Mercury Cyclone GT and loved it. For that reason I vote Merc. I would like the Charger much more if those huge roof sail panels were kept in check instead of running wild.

Mercury for me too. I like its size and proportions, which is what I don't like about the Charger.

Retired in Dunedin, Florida.

Mercury, I’ll wait one more year for the 68 Charger.  ✌️

Charger for the easy win for me today.  Although my fave Charger by far is the '68, I remember being greatly impressed by this style of Charger when it first appeared.  My friend's father bought one new and I was in heaven the few times I got to ride in it.  It was done in mauve poly had the 383; I loved the rumble and being pressed back into the seat when he punched it.  He was definitely a car guy. The interior was awesome as well.  This car was something different and it made the Cyclone, although a great car, look less impressive.

The Charger is unique but for daily driving, I’ll take the Mercury.

Easy one for me, the 67 Charger is my all time favorite of Chargers.  Still looking to buy a 1:1 at a fair price.

I owned a '66 Charger I bought in '85 in mint condition with 28,000 original miles. I kept it until I retired in 2001.  Loved it! Although I never cared for the [Marlin type]fastback. Sharp dash, electroluminescent.

I voted "No Interest" in either today.   I thought the odd shaped styling of the Charger was way too far out for any car of that era, then I saw Rambler's Marlin!  They must have shared notes while getting drunk one night.

As for the Mercury, it along with Ford of that era were pushing the ugly buttons too.  Wouldn't have either in my driveway or garage.

For design, I lean toward the Cyclone. But I find the four buckets in the Charger irresistible. Charger gets my vote.

Can't get excited over either one...going with the Charger because of its styling.

Gents, thanks for your responses.
