I miss those days and the types of cars shown. Love that '56 Dodge convert.
Back in the 60s we had Mitchell's Drive-in...86th Street and 7th Ave in good old Brooklyn, NY! Great for burgers & fries and for street racing of course!
I should add for a drive-in movie we had to go out to Valley Stream, Long Island, NY and visit the Sunrise Drive-in theater...depending on traffic less than a 1/2 hour drive along the Belt Parkway and the Sunrise Highway.

@perrone1 Pretty cool Tony, it's always heartwarming to see nostalgia kept alive so that newer generations can share the experience. History books, old photos, and YouTube videos are fine, but there's nothing quite like "the real thing." 😀 😎 😀
Nowadays, joints still bring memories.
Cool article about still active drive ins including Dumars here in Norfolk VA.

@frank A delicious look back at old time America!
We have a place here called Hot Rod's 50's Diner. All decked out in 50's style tables, juke box, over 100 types of burgers and full of car culture memorabilia.
