'68 Ford or Mercury?

In this instance, I find the two vehicles very similar from the side. While they have distinctive grills, I like both cars equally.

I think this one is as close to a Tie that I'll ever have to vote on. We're talking basically the same car here, but I still won't vote a Tie.
I give my vote to the MERCURY.

I really have always liked (since 8th grade) that color and year Torino.

Just like the styling on the Ford much better.

I like them both very much but prefer the grille, tail light and trim/decal treatment on the Ford. The color on this Ford is gorgeous and the Mercury color is IMO the least attractive offered that year.

Ford. The Mercury's front end looks a bit cartoonish.
The '69 Merc grille is a big improvement IMHO.

Both are great! I like the Mercury just a bit more.
