I like both of these but slightly prefer the Challenger design for 1970.

Dodge. I like earlier Cougars. Rode in my cousin’s 1968 cougar. It was nice but I like Challenger best.

The 1970 Challenger is the most beautifully designed muscle car IMO. I really liked the design of the Cougar for 67 and 68 but it went south after that. Dodge.

Dodge for me.  I drive a 19 Shaker Challenger today.

An easy win for the beautiful Challenger.  I never liked the sidesweep on the Cougar.

This one is a Challenge John! I like them both but different years for the Mercury. Today I'll Eliminate the Cougar and go with the Challenger!

I love both designs. But I like the interior in the Cougar better than I do the one in the Challenger. My vote goes to the Merc.

Both in 1970, my high school graduation year, it would have been a dream come true to own either of these.

I honestly struggle to choose one over the other, but don't want to go with a tie.  So I break it down this way.

I like the outside color of the Challenger much more than the Cougar, but I hate the Cougar's (non-color) White for its interior.  However, since the Dashboard and interior is what (as an owner/driver) is what I see most of,  I like it way better than the Challenger.

So I'm going with Mr. Kuvakas on this one and ordering my interior in the Black he featured in his pics.

COUGAR for the WIN!

Loved the '67 - '68 Cougar, didn't like them '70 up.  Love the '70 Challenger, especially the T/A, my all

I loved the '67 thru '69 Cougar (owned a '68) but was very disappointed with the snout of the '70.  The Challenger design is really attractive but the downside is its relatively spartan looking interior.  Challenger gets the easy win today.

Damn, this was a hard one. I called it a draw, as I love both.
