OMG! I couldn't type CHALLENGER fast enough! I was NOT even close to being a fan of the Trans AM styling, it doesn't do anything for me at all.
While that CHALLENGER oozes with "eye-grabbing beauty".

I absolutely love both. A friend has a 70 TransAm four speed which I have tried to buy for several years. TransAm only because of my association with that car.

Very close for me but I give the nod to the sleek and sporty Trans-Am styling. I didn't like the Challenger grille treatment this year.

Many things Iconic seem at times to be overrated. But in the case of this Challenger styling, it defines the Muscle Car era so well. Thus its iconic persona.

Agree with Jack, not the best frontal treatment on that year's Challenger. Prefer the Pontiac nose in this case. But overall, pretty much a tie for me.

Again another no brainer for me, the Challenger gets my vote. The Pontiac was nice, but just not quite there.

@carsman1958 John I see you're a Challenger guy. Is that an R/T Shaker with the 5.7 Hemi?
I have a Charger SXT V-6 AWD. Not a muscle car but not a slouch either. We're members of the "Brotherhood of Dodge"!

I always liked the Formuka 455's over the TA so it's the Challenger for me.
