1961 in a heartbeat. Love its dimensions and its trim. Next up, the crazy 1959. The 1960 is blah to me, clearly a transition.

Retired in Dunedin, Florida.

The '59 without hesitation!  Then I'll take the '61, because I don't like the revisions to the '60.

I like all of these, but #1 is the ‘61, then ‘59, lastly the ‘60.

Reverse order for me - The modern and handsome 1961 first. The 1960 follows due to its cleaner styling than the '59. And then the '59. I always had problems with the 'eyebrows' above the grille.

I voted a tie. I’m not impressed by any of them but interested yes.

The 1959 is just another attempt at fins.  I am not sure but I think I read some where that at a speed it felt like the wings were lifting the car and I agree the eyebrows are a bit strange.

The 1960 was a tone down 59 and had too much grill.

The 1961 is the best of the bunch.

Tricky one.

The '59 always has to get a vote for sheer outrageousness, even if I find its various styling details don't gel together too well from some angles.

The '61 is clean and crisp and tidy and sensible but I admire it rather than love it.

I share the general view that most of GM's 1960 offerings were bland and transitional but (unlike many people) I thought the 1960 Chevy was well styled and actually achieved a distinctive, coherent look which grabbed me and has never let go. 1960 comes first for me, although I do like the others in their own way.

Dislike the '59, styling too much for my taste. Like the '60, styling simple and nice. Love the '61, looks great compared to the other two, a great styling year for all GMC offerings.

Graeme nailed it for me. Also, my Uncle Ron had a white '60. What a beauty it was.😊

Reverse order for me as well...'61, 60, '59.  Much like the comments yesterday regarding the "61 Buick, 1961 GM styling was trimmer, sportier and a bold new step into the future.

I’ve always thought that the ‘eyebrows’ on the ‘59 were a genious part of the styling. They tie together the look of the taillight shape, that follow the contour of the bat fins. I really appreciate the audacity of the total design, and if the example of the pictured‘59 was this one I would change my vote in a New York second. To me,Nothing say’s ’Batmobile’ better than a black ‘59 ragtop.

@kevins Great points Kevin. I do not feel that the styling of the 59 is egregious, I like the car a lot but just not the front. The 'eyebrows are so far away from covering the eyes/headlights, that they act almost like a unibrow. The difference made on the 60 and 61 is just far improved to my eye.
