Going with the 67 but I like both body styles. Chevy we’re still working out some quality issues on the first year C3. 😎👍

The '63 to '67 body style was unbeatable IMO...although I like the '68 very much, it's no contest.
'67 please. '57 to '67 good, No interest before or after.
1967 for me too, although I like them both.

I voted '67. At the pinnacle and last year of C2 development, it was, and still is, in many Corvette circles, the Holy Grail of a Corvette collection. The first year C3 (1968 - 1982) doesn't compare overall but some, myself included, appreciate the body style more than the C2. And later years of the generation, witnessed some spectacular accomplishments.
While my daughter had the 1968 version, I much prefer the C2.
Not a thread of interest for either one. Or any Corvette for that matter.

A friend who has some health problems, asked me to take his fully restored 63 split window to our annual Corvette show two weeks ago. The car is a four speed with posi traction, factory A/C. and knockoff aluminum wheels. The car is as beautiful as any Corvette I have ever seen but without power steering it was the hardest steering car I have ever driven and I have driven a lot of cars in my day. From a style standpoint I would pick the C2s but from a drivers standpoint it would have to have power steering. I also like the C3s especially the 70-72.
I'm going with the '68. I love both. But I have found memories of the '68 when it was introduced. We all knew a new Corvette was coming and expected it in '67, but it was delayed. There was simply nothing on the road like that '68. It was big, brawny, totally American, and incredibly sleek. That kammback tail was radical!

@bob-jackman, one of my cousins had a '63 coupe with a 327. I thought that would make it easy to drive!! I had the same experience, Bob. It was a great car once it got rolling, but it was almost impossible to park.
