Fascinating comparison. C8 for me. It's the combination of usability and performance.

Forever I've been in the minority when it comes to Corvettes.  I've never liked or yearned for any year ever.  I just shake my head asking why?  I'm 74 years old and I'll go out of this world not understanding the attraction to them.

The '63 to '67 Corvette is legendary and just a stunning beauty.  The new Vette looks too Lambo for my taste.

Now we're talking John. The new C8 is a technological wonder of automotive reach. Especially that of the Z06 and, now, the ZR1X!! But the allure of the legendary big-block L-88 is near impossible to overlook. I'll take the '67 (And later remove the outside exhausts.) I like the look of the straight set up better. But keep them aluminum wheels.

I agree with George, never cared for any Vettes, the only one I liked the looks of is the '62.  Looking at the pics here the '67 looks better to me, the modern one is way too far out for my old man taste.

What happened to the "no interest" choice today?

Love both but the big block 1967 was a real handful to drive and I’m a little too for that at this point. The C8, I could live with.

Only vettes I like are 58-62.  But I went with C8 just be cuz it’s cool.  A friends father but a 90s model can’t remember exact year but he said it felt like your bum was dragging  on the road

I have driven in both, the 67 was a rattle trap, but the look to me was when I started to like a Corvette, but wained when 69 rolled around and not until the mid 2000's did I start to like them again.  The C8 was more refined, by how many years different, road nice and fast, but again as others have said it just reminds me of European sports cars, which I do not like.  So my vote goes to the 67.

John, no question about it...the Corvette lost its identity with the introduction of the C8. It's just another look-a-like European exotic.

Bruce, I was hoping to see definitive results for the two subject cars. I excluded "Tie" and "No interest" hoping that some would decide to pick one of the Corvettes instead. Anyhow I've been doing this long enough to know who was going to vote "No interest" when it comes to Corvettes.

I will take the 67 and while you are distracted, tie a rope to the new one and take that one, too.

But first give me some time to build a new garage. Laughing Out Loud

These are both powerful and beautiful American sports cars and part of a well-deserved legendary status. Over the years my brothers or a good friend have owned 5 different Corvettes from different eras.
