That's a handsome car!

Oh man, would I love to have a model of that! Not very often will you see a 35 Buick THESE days, much less in impeccable shape like that. GREAT choice John!
@perrone1 Tony, Brooklin made a model of this car in 1/43 scale in their Buick collection. The model is even the same color, has the dual side mounts and luggage rack. The model number is BC 001.
John, what a beautiful car. Top of the line series 90 is pure elegance.
@sizedoesmatter Cars of the 1920-30s are not what I particularly collect but I do love the look of many of them. This coupe is really nice.
If anyone knew about this image it had to be Mr. Jackman.@perrone1 Tony, Brooklin made a model of this car in 1/43 scale in their Buick collection. The model is even the same color, has the dual side mounts and luggage rack. The model number is BC 001.
Here you go gents

@bob-jackman Bob, that it is. Sadly not many of us left who appreciate cars from this era.

@sizedoesmatter It is sad John. A friend has a 1932 Buick Victoria Travelers Coupe on which he did a nut and bolt restoration over many years. The car is magnificent in every way. He is now wanting to sell the car. Two years ago the car was valued at $65,000 He has now dropped the price to $45,000 and hasn't received an offer. History in all walks of life, no longer have meaning to our population who only covet the latest in cell phones.
I see this in car auctions too Bob. The older classics, my favorites, of the 30's, especially, are treated as 2nd class citizens. Because a 100 point restoration can cost well into the 6 figure bracket, few are being restored compared to just 15 & 20 years ago. They would only realize 1/2 or slightly better on their return. Certain muscle cars or brand new one-of-one cars are receiving the big bucks where a Duesenberg or Auburn get a portion of what they were appreciated for years ago.
I love this car and its ilk. It is very sad to see how they have depreciated. History is important.
This is one beautiful Buick! And yes, I would have loved to have a 1:24 scale model of it on my shelf. Some of us years back talked about cars having that "WOW Factor", and this friends in one of the cars that has it. At an old car show or on a shelf as a model, on-lookers would be immediately drawn to it. That's what "WOW Factor" is.

Brooklin’s model of this Buick is exceptional! I have two of them, one w/ black wall tires as pictured and I switched to whitewalls.
