Too old for me to know anything about either and I have never actually seen either. Styling from this period just doesn't interest me.

A 1934 Auburn 12 Sedan Phaeton, Model 1250 with a 160 bhp, 391 cu. in. horizontal-valve V-12 engine, how could I resist. Auburn for me. Far rarer than that Cadillac although it has a terrific engine also.

They're both beautiful, but the Cadillac made me gasp. It's my winner.

Cadillac for 34; add a year and much different story.

While they are both beautiful automobiles, I have some experience with an Auburn very similar to this one, it is truly magnificent. Auburn for me.

I like the Auburn, even though its styling looks back while the Cadillac looks forward.  Perhaps I like the early 1930's classics more than those of the late 30's?

Auburn styling is more appealing this year.

I love the Cadillac, but I love the Auburn even more.
