John! You're killing me here! I have always loved both of these cars.
But, OK, seeing them side by side, Hmmmm!
The Cad sits high and proud, the Conny, sort of squat. The Cad has an aggressive front end, the Conny has a double chin (different looking lower grille).
The Cadillac has those forties aerodynamic ponton fenders - the Conny's are squared off. The cad has a lower profile top and sets off the 'look' really stylishly while the Lincoln appears to be wearing Abe Lincoln's top hat.
No bad choices here, they both look great, despite my disparaging words for the Conny - the Cad made me do it. Series 62 for me.
(One of your best, right here, John!!
)
Although I appreciate the stately elegance of the Lincoln, the Caddy is more to my taste for many of the points Tony has made, 😎✌️

Both of these cars took a step backward from their 1941 counterparts IMO. The Cadillac less so, so it gets my vote.
Cadillac for me too. Continental's facelift did it no favors, while the Cadillac is forward looking.
Retired in Dunedin, Florida.
Sorry, I do not care for either of the models. No vote for me today.
Caddy please. Cleaner, not as busy as the Conny.
An easy one today. CADILLAC! It is oozing with Forties style and richness.
No matter how I look at that Lincoln, I see a car that is not even close to being proportioned correctly. Nothing on it flows smoothly.

Cadillac please John because it looks so much better proportioned than the Continental.
For me Cadillac is the winner by far, but I've always liked the Continental.
