Packard for me. Those huge front fender extensions on the front doors of the Cadillac make the car look bloated to me.

A tougher one than I thought. CADILLAC won out by slimmest of margins.

Somehow the Packard looks "leaner and cleaner" to me, while the Cadillac looks like a dowager who has a large appetite. But they both have poor rear viewing. I prefer the Packard.
