As much as I loved my dad's 54 Pontiac Star Chief Custom, I have to go with the DeSoto this time.

I love both cars, but side to side, the DESOTO wins hands down. Looks more modern and the grille is a killer.

DeSoto has better and more aggressive styling. I like the Pontiac a lot too but.....

Another vote for the DeSoto, The Pontiac is nice, but just doesn't compare to the DeSoto.
