Loved the smaller GMs in 1955 but for the larger vehicles here, I'm going with Chrysler.

I promise myself I won't vote tie, so it's Chrysler.  Had I voted 15 minutes later it could have been different.

Omg....this is the closest one yet for me as I love both of these cars.  Can I vote "Buler"?  No?  Okay then....at this hour it's a vote for Buick....subject to change.

Gotta go with the Chrysler because...well...because Bob has one!

Actually...I (Barry Levittan) have the '55 Windsor. Bob has a '55 Imperial.

John, I believe the Super, both in size and price, was the more direct competitor to the Windsor than the Special. In any event, another excellent comparo!

@moe-parr, thanks, Barry. I should have looked closer at the comparo. But, now I have two good reasons to go with the MOPAR!

I voted for the BUICK.  I like the Chrysler a lot, but against a Buick, it loses out.

I like them both but the Chrysler wins out.

I'm prejudiced but I really have always thought that the 55 Chryslers were trim and beautiful cars. Chrysler for me.
