'56 DeSoto, Mercury or Oldsmobile?

Easy one today, John...the DeSoto is miles ahead of the other two in my eyes!

Extremely close between the Merc and DeSoto but I prefer the Merc styling a bit more; especially the tail end. Olds is nice but no match IMHO.
The DeSoto is tops for me in this choice but the Mercury is a close second.
Thank you John, for sharing my request for tonight's "Which One?". These three brands are absolute favorites of mine! And believe it or not, it's hard even for me to decide which one I like best.
So I'm going to take a different approach. I'm going to rate the cars, and then I'm going to rate them by their dashboards. Dashboards? LOL, yea I heard you say that as you were reading!
Yea, Dashboards.
Awhile back I confessed that being that as a driver of a car, it's usually the Dashboard that we see more than the outside car, so they have always been a focal point for me.
So here goes, cars FIRST: 1) DESOTO 2) OLDSMOBILE 3) MERCURY
Now the Dashboards: 1) OLDSMOBILE 2) DESOTO 3) MERCURY
The DeSoto is a style of beauty bumper to bumper! The Dash is awesome, but doesn't stack up to what to my eyes is the most beautiful Dash of any 50's car, the Oldsmobile. To my eyes the Mercury in comparison is both with outside style and inside Dash, boring. But a beautiful car none the less.

'56 love the Mercury [my vote], like the DeSoto, don't care for the Olds. Wouldn't the poll been closer for comparable cars if it were Dodge, Pontiac, & Mercury; aren't the Olds & DeSoto a price point above the Mercury, until the Edsel filled the price point?

Yes Brush, actually you are correct. But my only reasoning for comparing the Olds, DeSoto, and Mercury was that they were 1956 choices for a car buy that year.

George, you could consider creating a "Which Dashboard" series. I suspect it would catch on,
