The Buick is a good looking - and seen here in very interesting colours; as is the Chrysler - but the 1957 Chryslers were about the loveliest American cars of the decade.

That '57 Chrysler pic was snapped at our Minnesota State Fairgrounds where the annual "Back to the 50's" classic show is held each summer in June since 1972. Usually over 12,000 cars grace the grounds for the three day event.
As for my vote, I like both cars in the poll a lot, but I have to go with the Chrysler on this one. In comparison to the Buick, it just looks newer and more modern.
I like the look of all 1957 GM products much more than Chryco, so it's the Buick for me.
Ironically, with the exception of the Chrysler for '57, I like the GM cars better as well for that year. Although there is an exception that too, because if a '57 Oldsmobile were put against the '57 Chrysler, it's OLDSMOBILE for me!

Back in the day I disliked all Chrysler offerings 1957 to 1959 and I loved 1957 GM designs BUT the GM designs '58, 59, and '60 really turned me off and Chrysler products began to look better and better over time to now I love the '57 to '60 Chrysler products; still dislike'58 to '60 GMs. Still like '57 GM though.
1961 love both GM & Ford vehicles but Chrysler looked great to 62 and the '63 was a turn off for me; while Dodge & Plymouth for me look terrible '61 to '64
