That DeSoto is a beauty! 👀. Then Olds followed by Merc.

I much prefer the comparatively dated styling of the Oldsmobile; although this particular example would greatly benefit from the same 2-tone effect as the others. The DeSoto is second but I like the '55 & '56 much more. Same goes for the Mercury which is a distant third.

Ditto. Plus it's red.

This one surprised me. I would lay my money on the quirky Mercury, then the Olds and DeSoto. Knowing the quality problems the MOPARS had creates a bit of a stigma for me.

Of these 3 I like that Oldsmobile

Easy one! I couldn't type OLDSMOBILE fast enough! And in the one color scheme, it's a knock-out punch! My favorite Oldsmobile of the fifties.
As for the other two, I'd take the Mercury any day over the DeSoto. But truth be told, both lost all their beauty and style with their gorgeous '56's. I've always wondered how FoMoCo could have gotten so out of whack after '56's. And same for Chrysler Corp. with regard to the DeSoto.

Though I always rave about the '57 Chrysler Corp' range, the Mercury Turnpike Cruiser has a special place in my esteem, for its sheer audacity. Apparently Nikita Khrushchev joked with Ike that it was America's answer to Sputnik.
Love the DeSoto followed closely by the Olds which I like, forget the Mercury. Other than the DeSoto & Thunderbird, GMC's styling in '57 across the board was beautiful, how could the '58 styling be so bad in just 1 year.
Mercury, DeSoto, Oldsmobile, John. Love that rear window. My first choices were almost a tie.
Love all 3, but for me it's Oldsmobile, Mercury, DeSoto.
