Poll: Which '60? (11/30/2023)

Although I do like the Merc tail lights, the Olds has an overall better look.  👍

Super tough! I'd take either in a heartbeat. But if on a car lot and I had to buy one, I'd take the Merc home. Not sure why, maybe the color. 

Larger than I prefer but the Oldsmobile seems to have better lines.

Never cared for either.  If I vote by the pics only I would pick the Olds, but I choose the cars themselves not just the pics shown here, in that case it is a tie and thus my vote.  

I much prefer the Mercury styling this year; not one of Oldsmobiles better designs IMHO.

Mercury for me too. I like its looks better.

I think Mercury's best styling years were '60, '61, and '62. As Frank said above, especially those taillights on the '60! Mercury for me today.

I like Mercury's: Dislike '48 an before, like the '49 - '53, love the '54 - '56, '60 I don't care for but better than the '57 - '59, LOVE the '61, '62 is alright, love the '63, like the '64 - '68, Dislike '69 up.

This one was way easy for me.  The MERCURY all day, any day over the Oldsmobile for '60.  To my eyes, it was the best looking Mercury since the outstanding '55 and '56 years.  While the Oldsmobile was the most disappointing after the incredible styling run from the early 1950's through '59.  Yup, no-contest...MERCURY is the winner in this one!  And yes, those Mercury taillights are to die for!  

Mercury for me. My ex wife had a 60 Montclair convertible when I met her which is my only favorable memory I have of her.

The bland '60 Oldsmobile was a disappointment compared to the stylish '59. For me, the '60 Mercury wins this round.
