O.k ya got me this time……no way am I able to honestly choose between these two beautiful cars from my favorite decade….😍😍😍😋😋😋😋
I voted for the 300 but I gotta tell ya, John, you made it a REALLY tough choice against that Starfire!
These are two GORGEOUS cars and I can easily imagine a potential buyer in 1962 going back and forth between the Chrysler and Oldsmobile showrooms trying to decide which one to get!

My favorite year Chrysler & Olds, One of my few ties, love both.
I voted Olds since I had owned two of them but it was very, very close. I think the 62 Chryslers are drop dead gorgeous.
Given the color combinations, I have to vote Chrysler. Not sure this might have been the case if the Olds was a more striking color. Both are outstanding choices.
OLDSMOBILE all the way! Interesting, because had this been a "which one" between the '61 Oldsmobile and Chrysler, I'd have voted Chrysler all the way. I owned TWO '62 Oldsmobile's and think they were the most beautiful of the '60's Oldsmobile's. I also thought the '61 Chrysler was the most beautiful of 60's Chrysler's. But for 1962 OLDSMOBILE wins out over every other Big Three automaker car that year.

Olds for my taste but I like those headlights on the Chrysler. 👍

I like both but slightly prefer the Chrysler 300H.
Chrysler 300 for me.

Starfire for me. Even the name is cool.

This one was SO close because both cars are gorgeous, but The Olds wins by a hair. The '62 is my favorite full size Olds.
Given the color combinations, I have to vote Chrysler. Not sure this might have been the case if the Olds was a more striking color. Both are outstanding choices.
Go figure, to me the color on the Starfire IS STRIKING. A refreshing change from the usual maroon.

For me, the removal of the fins on the ‘62 Chrysler made it ugly.
