Yikes! Another toughie!! I'll go with the Ford for the nicer interior. But both are favorites of mine.

I voted a tie. If the Plymouth Fury was included, it would be a three way tie.
Ford for me, especially with its taillights.
Retired in Dunedin, Florida.
I like Chevrolet '60 to '64 with the '60 & '63 being the two least liked ['64, '62, '61, 60, 63]. I like the Ford '60 to '69 with the '61 - '63 being most loved ['61, '63, '62, '66, '64, '65 '60, '68, '67, '69]. That said today I vote Galaxie.
Neither are my favorites but I actually like both of them. And I liked both better in their 64 attire. But for now, the winner of the poll by a razor thin margin is the Ford Galaxie.
Both are really beautiful full-size V-8 powered automobiles ! I am delighted to have diecast models in 1/18 scale of each of these cars.
FORD by a landside! For the Sixties, I like Ford's for 60', 62, 63, and 64. For Chevrolet's, I like the 61, 62, and 65. The rest of both cars fight for positions on my Ugly Meter.

I like the Ford. I have been a fan of Ford style from 61-64. Then they went and improved it in 65. Could never latch on to the 60 Ford. But if there was a 63 Fury on the screen….. hands down my favorite.
I agree with Tony all the way to the end except the Chevrolet would be my slight preference.
Did not like the 61-64 Ford, So for me it was Chevrolet this time.
Both of these are favorites of mine so this was a tough job deciding a favorite.( thanks a lot John) The Ford wins by the smallest of margins for it's interior as John K points out.
We had a '63 Galaxie Convertible in turquoise for a while when I was a kid, it was such a great car. We had a '63 Impala in the family too so I could go either way with fond memories, but to pick one, a slight edge to the Galaxie 500.

@ed-glorius I started college with six-cylinder '63 Ford two-door in the exciting color of beige. It was reliable, but the '63 Chevy was always a winner where I came from. I knew one guy who had a white '63 convertible, with a red interior, and he had more girlfriends than one could imagine.
