Imperial for me. Sharp edges on an extensive facelift.
I was so excited for this car when I was a child, the salesman at the dealership let me in the back to see it before its introduction.
Retired in Dunedin, Florida.
Luxury cars, I never had any use for them, always seemed like such a waste of money.
Styling, I prefer the Cadillac. Always thought the Imperial was a little over the top in styling.
Neither are favorites of mine. Tie.
I surprised myself a bit by going with the Imperial. Either would be good in a parade. 🥴

Imperial although I would want neither. Yes, perfect parade cars.
Ouch! I really like both. I love the Caddy because, well...CADDY! But that Imperial is one of my favorites. So, instead of voting a tie, I'm going with the Cadillac because I'm a sucker for white interiors.

There's no hesitation for me, I love that Imperial. To me it has an understated elegance and even though it's from 1964 it still looks great to me whereas the Cadillac looks outdated. Steve

Too funny, as a white interior (or car) for that matter is the first reason, I'd ignore it. As they say, "To each their own".

I think as Steve Jacobs said above, "the Cadillac looks dated". By 1964, GM went to the well too many times with that body style and look.
While over at Chrysler Corp. they moved away from the bulbous finned boats. I VOTE IMPRIAL on this one!

Although this Cadillac design was getting dated and IMHO can't compare to the gorgeous '62, I still like it very much and give it the nod by a nose over the beautiful Imperial.
Love both, coin flip calls it today...Imperial!
Gents, thanks for your responses!
