While neither are favorites, the Pontiac is more pleasing to my eye.
Great and challenging comparison today John. Neither car particularly grabs me and I struggled greatly so I had to check out additional images and colors to arrive at my decision. I post them below in case others have the same challenge in deciding.
I give the nod to the Pontiac by a close margin. I prefer its somewhat unique body style as it presents as sleeker and more modern to my eye; the Dodge ('67 thru '69) being slightly chunky in comparison. I think color choice really impacts the Pontiac impression. I much prefer the Pontiac roof line and more elegant overall look; in spite of the Dodge having more chrome trim. I like the Dodge interior more than the Pontiac, but both present well.
Don't care for the Pontiac because:
Beek on the front center protrudes too far.
Fenders below the C-pillar bulge too much making the car look fat.
The rear looks like some one backed into a large pole in the center.
Not in love with the Dodge, but much better looking than the Poncho.
Thanks Jack for the comparison shots. My vote is for the Pontiac because I dislike the Dodge' roofline.
Going with the Dodge, not a fan of the 68 GP. ✌️

I voted for the Pontiac, but the styling, indeed the desirability, of these cars fell off a cliff from just a couple years before. It was all about the intermediates, the personal luxury cars, and the pony cars by now.

I'll admit that I like the Pontiac just a tad more than the Dodge, but truthfully, I've no interest in either one of them. I voted TIE only because to my eyes they are both equally unattractive cars.

I totally agree Ed; this attitude began in the early 1970s for me. There were a few full size exceptions but the intermediates were sportier looking by far.
Again, too large for my taste but I do prefer the Pontiac.
Two days in a row that Moe Parr votes for the GM product over the Chrysler product!

Me too.
I'm a long time Pontiac fan and I find the '68 GP to be a major disappointment...love everything about it Monaco.
