Not crazy about either but the Pontiac is the better of the two IMO.

My office manager had a black Monte Carlo back in 1971. I remember being quite impressed with it.

I like both, but I like the MONTE CARLO the better of the two.

Regarding these two particular cars, the SS 454 badges and the color on the Monte Carlo get my vote. If they were similarly equipped, I'd go for the GP.

The Grand Prix by a large margin. The styling is more distinctive. The Monte looks too Chevelle-ish except for the roof.

I like them both, but it's a close win for the Pontiac.

I always like that first style of Monte Carlo.  I would take a Grand Prix though.

I'll take the Grand Prix. Very unique styling. The Monte Carlo is nice but as Barry noted, looks too similar to the Chevelle.

Didn't care for either one of them, thus a rare tie for me.

This particular fully equipped Monte Carlo is a winner over the lovely Pontiac.

Monte Carlo because I owned a 1970, the round parking lights says this one's a '70 too.
