For the first position, I can tilt either way; Cadillac Coupe De Ville or Pontiac Bonneville. Let's make it the Cadillac!

Then Pontiac, Olds, Chevy and Buick.

What Tony said, but I'll put the Pontiac first and Cadillac second.

The '62 Olds has always been a favourite of mine but the Buick matches it very closely so they share the honours. Pontiac next. Didn't like the rather bluff '62 Chevy nose so much. Cadillac is a very distant last for me, I don't find it imposing or refined in any way, just a bit spiky in its detailing.

Cadillac one of the two I love '57 & '62.  Oldsmobile especially the Starfire.  Pontiac, the '61 - '64 are great.  Chevy nice.  Buick, just don't care for styling as much as the others.  In '62 all GMC cars are beautiful.

Somewhat different so far. Pontiac, Chevrolet, Oldsmobile, Buick and lastly Cadillac. 1962 was a good design year.

They are all such beautiful automobiles and I have 1/18 diecast replicas of all of them so far except for the Cadillac and Buick. And I think I may have had a 1/25 promo of some of these cars when I was little, too.

This one very easy for me.

The Oldsmobile like a rocket just sped to #1 for me.

Then Buick is right behind for #2.

The #3 spot goes to the sleek and clean looking Chevy that will be the last nice looking Chevy until the '65.

Fourth position is a runaway for the Cadillac that is carrying on the Fin tradition for a little longer.

Finally the Pontiac has the lowly #5 position, primarily because of its unattractive curved rear bumper.

Yikes! One of the toughest yet, for me. I'll go Caddy, Pontiac, Chevy, Olds, Buick. But the order could easily change every fifteen minutes!

Buick gets my vote today, especially in the pictured color combo!

I remember clearly at 7 years old, late in 1962, going to the Buick dealer with my folks to buy a new car. The salesman was pushing hard on a leftover '62 LeSabre 4-dr. Hardtop, with Power brakes, for less money than the '63 LeSabre 4-dr. Sedan with Manual brakes that they ended up buying.
