I like the 57 and 58 but voted 58 because not traditionally as common as the 57.  Plus my father had one in the early sixties.

The 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air was a family car which has good memories. I have to go with it. Its replacement in 1959 was a Pontiac.

PLANNED OBSOLESCENCE was never better defined that by these three model years of Chevrolet.  All completely different in look and style.  I like all of them for different reasons, but my vote goes to the '59 because other than the color (of the pic), I owned one in white.  It was my first car.  I felt like I was driving a "Batmobile" when I got that baby opened up to 70 mph going down the hills on the outskirts of my (then) hometown of Cottage Grove.  I felt like I was taking flight.

I love them all but the tri-fives are my favorites so the '57 wins this one.  The '58 and '59 are very close but second goes to the '58 styling.

I like the '58, but the '59 is my choice for its style and that Jet Smooth ride! Plus, it was the family wagon for 10 years.

At 14 yrs old, I was happy to be finally riding in a modern automobile.

'57, love the front & dash. '58, like the back & side. '59, like the dash & nothing else.

Voted '57.

'59 is my choice. Dad brought home a brand new white Impala with the multiple shades of blue interior. I loved it. I've no interest in the '57 or '58.

I voted 1958. To me it has the right style; not too little like the over-exposed 1957, nor too much like the crazy 1959.

Retired in Dunedin, Florida.

Love the '58 but I love the '57 much more....I don't care how much exposure it has. The '59 trails the pack.
