'58 for me. That Impala body style looks much more Upscale than one of the "low-priced three" to my eye.

If I were going to drive one of these around town and maybe into the Smokies on a weekend, it would likely be the 55.
61 in second position then the 58.
1. The 55 is the one that changed everything for Chevrolet. A most popular car.
2. The 58 has all the interesting chrome designs without the fins. I don’t think fins would have worked on the 58. It would resemble the Cadillac too much.
3 The 61 for is sporty look.
hard to pick a favorite. They are all so different.
I was tempted to vote 1961 because it's the newest and most advanced (and I love its looks), but it came in second to the iconic and beautiful 1955.
Retired in Dunedin, Florida.
I like the '61 convertible best, however the bubble top hardtop I dislike, most people love it but not me. I preferred the '62 formal hardtop:
The '58 is great, as long as it is the top of the line impala only, dislike the lessor models.
The '55 I love, thus my pick today[would have been the '61 if convertibles were to choose from].
58,55 61. I like them all but the 58 is just beautiful to my eye from the grill to the roof line to the triple tail lights. If they had put the Cadillac name plate on it people would still have liked it as being upscale IMO.
@perrone1 Tony, I am with you on that. The 55 has always been my favorite, even though the other 2 are quite nice.
I also agree with Tony’s choices. 1955 my first choice.
I’m not much of a Chevy fan but i’ll admit that the 61 is one of my all-time favorite Chevys.

@brush I'm with you on the 61. It never appealed to me but that formal roof on the 62 really does it for me.
I'll go 58, 55, 61
My choice is the 1961 bubble top. I would put the 1955 in second. I have never cared for the 58. the only 58 diecast I have in any scale is the 1/18 American Grafitti and I only have it as a movie car.
My Dad and our family had a new 1955 Chevrolet and later a current 1958 Chevrolet Bel Air. I have also thought the 1961 full-size Chevrolet was a beautiful automobile.
