The Corvette is Legendary and that’s been established. Every year from the 1st to the current has contributed to that Legend. I’ve never owned one and probably never will, but that doesn’t stop me from appreciating their accomplishment. The new C8s are a marvel that I can’t help but to admire. If I’m going to have one, it would be that one.
Driving past GMs Milford Proving Grounds twice a day always affords me the opportunity to see a couple coming or going from there. Each one is a head- turner.

As some of you know, I recently drove my friend's 67 427- 435 HP 4 speed roadster The car was anything but a rattle trap. That same friend also has a 2025 Z06. I'm guessing my advanced age as caught up with me as the allure of an automatic transmission appeals to me today along with all of the C 8s creature comforts besides I still have my 61 in the garage if I want to go vintage.
Love both...if I had to pick one it would be the C8 Z06.
Gents, thanks for your responses.
