Tough choice. Both have elements that I really like. This time, I'm going for a tie.

WOW!  These late 40's DeSoto's to my eyes are spectacular!  It's a TIE for me too.  Either one or both can park in my garage anytime.  Got to be honest, it's the GRILLE that gets me.  Love it!

I’d have say the 48 has more style with its beautifully shaped fenders giving more piazza!

It's a tie for me, too.  Both are delightful, delovely and distinctive. Drive a DeSoto before you decide.
