I owned a 1960 but like the 1961 best. 1961, 1959 and then the 1960.

I pick the 61 by a large margin over the 59 then the 60. Love them all though.

1961. Smaller, lighter, newer (better tech), no wrap around windshield, and it looks great. Love them all, though.

Although I really like the clean, crisp lines of the '61 Pontiacs, as a one-off piece of styling the wide-track split-grille '59 wins it for me. I've never understood the styling of the 1960. It looked like they were trying to recapture the bulky look of the 57-58 GM cars, with a bluff and totally uninspired front end, and it seemed a real backward step in styling. Made up for it in '61, though.

Tough call! A longtime fan of the '61 which gets my vote. The '59 and '60 are tied for 2nd place.
