@100ford2003 I can't forgive GM for saddling Pontiac with that monstrosity. 😡
I don't care for either one but I do like the year before and the year after. First time I ever voted no interest.
The '59 Bonneville is my all-time favorite Pontiac, a winner from every angle, and the color John chose today only enhances it!
My friend's Dad owned a blue 4-door hardtop. On the dash the word P O N T I A C was spelled out in raised letters on a chrome trim piece, with the "P" and "C" on the faces of 2 pull-out ashtrays. We turned that car into a CONTIAP on a regular basis 😂

@moe-parr A neighbor's son restored a GTO and when he brought it over to show me, the letters on the rear were PONITAC. Whoops.
@bob-jackman some time ago I posted that my best friend owned a ‘66 GTO. He had it for about a year and we were washing it one afternoon and I noticed that the individual letters on the rear panels spelled out P-O-N-I-T-A-C. He bought the car new and wasn’t upset at all about it, we both thought it was kind of cool. Same car? Nightwatch Blue, black interior, Tri-Power, 4 speed.
For me it's the '60 for its clean lines. A neighbor on our corner bought a brand new '60 Bonneville convertible. It was Coronado red, looked like maroon, with a multi-tone bucket seat interior and the 8 lug wheels. The car was gorgeous.
Gents, thanks for your replies.
