For those of us with more modest means, there is the 1/43 Leomodels version. I think I paid $15 for mine...
I believe the Beaumonts were made and sold primarily in Canada.
Solido also has a decent Shelby GT 500 for the money
Here's a comparison between the GADM (left on the photos) and Matrix versions. That old white metal model held well.
There is a partworks Fiero that has wheels that are close. Best of Show also has a Fiero with better wheels but they are a bit small.
You could pretend that the car was driven in France as they all had yellow lights from 1937 to 1992....
