The Lincoln has the looks but the Cadillac has the modern engineering and still looks terrific. Cadillac for me.

I love the Cadillac styling best of the two.  The front half of the Lincoln is gorgeous but the tail end styling seems at odds with the front.

Love both. I'm going with the Cadillac as it is my favorite pre war Caddie. The cast iron V8 was a much better engine than the Lincoln's trouble prone V12.
