As of 1955, Packard looked new, including the paint arrangement and wrap-around windshield. The Lincoln was a warmed over oldie. Under the hood, Packard was also all new. Lincoln wasn't. So it's Packard for me.
I am not a big fan of either car this year but prefer the styling of the Packard over the Lincoln; which looks more like a Mercury than something more expensive. This changed dramatically in 1956 mind you!
