The Caddy is very classy but, for me, the Imperial with its separate headlights and taillights is classic. It was a daring move by Chrysler. But, they managed to give us something totally unique and out of the box.

1962 was not an especially good year for Chrysler product design but for some reason I find the Imperial quite attractive. I choose it.
Imperial for me too...but I am appalled that the owner took it out in the snow!

Caddy please, '62 my favorite Caddy. Chrysler Corp in '62 no thanks, Imperial is way over done for me.
imperial just looks more elegant when matched up against the Caddie
Meanwhile I surprised myself by voting for the Cadillac. It's a confident design in a way the Imperial isn't.

Cadillac for me, never really cared for the early 60s Imperial but they aged well.

I love the Cadillac, but that Imperial is incredible. The style outclasses the Cadillac hands down.

I like the refined Cadillac over the Imperial. However, if the poll was for the '63 models, I'd choose the refined Imperial over the boxy Cadillac.
I love the Imperial because it is so different from every other design.
While both demonstrate the bling of the time, I prefer the Imperial.
The '62 is by far my favorite Cadillac of that decade, with its more subdued fin treatment . I love its classy styling far more than that of the Imperial; which I definitely do like but find its headlight design a bit gimmicky in comparison.
