Well, it's always been the Chevy for '62 for me.  I've also always liked Ford's '62 much more than their previous '61.  And the Plymouth has really grown on me in the last few years.

I completely agree with Mr Schire. It's close, Chevy-Ford-Plymouth.  Great era

My fave Chevy of the decade.  Ford is a strong second and Plymouth is third but gaining ground in recent years.

Plymouth for its size and crazy styling.

Chevy way in front, Ford next and Plymouth (although interesting-a distant third)

I've always loved the '61 Chevy...not fond of the '62.

Not a '62 Ford fan either so Imma lovin that Plymouth for being so different. Chevy & Ford tied for 2nd.

So I went back and took a second look at the picture of the Plymouth and now I'm looking at it and I'm thinking that I really appreciate the slimness of the front bumper as it is not as bulky as on the Ford and the Chevy which I think contributes to its 'lightness' if that's possible at all. I also like the huge grill and the different size headlights and it also seems to me that the lower body panels seem to wrap down into the frame as opposed to being slab sided like the Ford and the Chevy. I don't know if anybody else is looking at this the way, but I am and I'm definitely going with the Plymouth.

I also need to mention that I like the simple body side trim. It's very minimal and I like it.

Steve

I should add that I meant that the headlight treatment is what makes them look different.

All 4 are the same size.

This was more difficult than I thought it would be as all three had features that I like. In the end, I picked the Chevy, Ford and Plymouth but it was very close.

@100ford2003   Steve,  I think the red colour really helps the look of the Plymouth.

'62 Galaxie for me please, always a love of mine. Chevy is nice for '62 close second. Plymouth too different for my taste, actually looks strange to me and I am not really a fan of strange looking things. Never understood modern art. But Plymouth for it's drivetrain.

Wouldn't kick any of them out of my garage.
