I much prefer the styling of the Buick.  The Chrysler is a nice car but its lines are a bit chunky by comparison.

Toughest of choices for me as these are my two favorite car makes and spot-on direct competitors. Both gorgeous and you'd have made quite a favorable impression driving up in either one of them in 1965!

Wildcat for '65 always interested me by wearing LeSabre sheet metal from the cowl back, but using the longer Electra chassis and front clip, which gave it a great look. Even with that, though, the higher trim-level Chrysler models for '65 look almost equivalent to Cadillac and Lincoln to me, maybe a half-step up from Wildcat, so it gets my vote.

John, you've outdone yourself today!

This was very tough! I voted Chrysler for its striking broad shouldered styling. Had they been two door hardtops, it would have been Buick.

Difficult choice as both are attractive and great drives. I lean slightly to the Chrysler.

By virtue of the color combo, killer wheels and cool-looking grille, I went with the Buick. But only by a gnat's eyelash!

Kind of a struggle for me with this one.  Reason being, neither really tugs at my heart, both being the Land Yacht's they are.  But not liking ties and always trying to avoid them, I went with the BUICK.

I went with the Chrysler for similar reason as Ed G. above.  👍

Like both but the Buick is my favorite Wildcat. John, you don't make it easy.

Going with the Buick. Back in the day, a buddy who I still keep in touch with, had a new Wildcat coupe in this color with the chrome wheels.

I had to vote Chrysler.  Mom had a 65 Newport with a 383.
