I'm going with the 4-4-2 although it's close. I recall contemporary reports that it had the best handling.
Retired in Dunedin, Florida.
Once again a very close comparison. I chose the Coronet for its more aggressive, boxier styling and the sound of its beautiful 440 engine.
I agree, very close. The 442 edged ahead for me.
I'm with Jack on this one. That 440 was a sweet engine. But the two are close enough that I would be thrilled with either.

Truth being, I like both, and either would be welcome in my driveway. But given a choice, the 4-4-2 sportier styling wins my vote for today. The Coronet is square and boxy, not a look I'm totally on board with.

I called it a draw, I'd be happy with either.🤑
I was going to vote a tie but the Dodge engine and tighter squareness beat the Olds by a hair
Each car is such a particularly good-looking and powerful V-8 powered automobile from that era. I am really happy to have some 1/18 diecast models of both of these sweethearts and a couple in those same exterior colors. I would be proud and excited to drive either or both back then or now.
Neither one appeals to me, unfortunately, but thank you for another opportunity to exercise my brain, John.
Always liked the 442’s especially the ‘67 styling.

Olds for me. The ‘66-67 442s are two of my favorite Oldsmobiles.

Dodge, for me. Even though I have built a couple of the 442 for this year, I still prefer the Dodge. That's just the MOPAR in me!
