This is diabolically difficult! I went Lincoln because it's RWD. Both are gorgeous, and I keep going back and forth.
Retired in Dunedin, Florida.
I’m in the Lincoln camp on this one; better stance to my eye. 👍

Two beautiful luxury machines. I'd be close to calling it a tie except for ownership loyalty to the brand - Eldorado please.
A close call, the period's Eldorados were very nice, but the Continental III is particularly special.
Well John, it's tough enough trying to decide which one when one can fall back and vote for a color...now you even match the colors. Diabolical is the only word to describe you. Oh, I almost forgot to vote, Lincoln. I voted Lincoln because I have always considered buying a Mark III, although I never have, but never the Eldorado even though I like it.
Continental for me too. This was an easy choice .. I didn't even have to see any pics.

Although I like the Cadillac very much, it is no match for the gorgeous Continental.
Continental please.
I voted "no interest" today.. The long "landing strip" hoods and overall styling of both cars, do nothing at all for me.

Too big, too small inside, too square.
These cars were the epitome of the personal luxury segment. They were elegant, fast, quiet, coddling, and totally impractical in overall size in relation to interior space. Still, they were all-American, bold, and ideally suited for eating up the miles on the highways while delivering their occupants to the classiest restaurants in style. You didn't just get to your destination; you "arrived." I could toss a coin to place a vote, but the Mark III has always had a special place in my automotive heart.

Mom had a 70 Mk III so it gets my vote.
Thanks John,
I had to go back to the pics to admire that Mark. I can't think of any car today that looks as regal as that Mark looks even 54yrs later ! And the Eldo ain't bad either.
