'70 Buick or Oldsmobile?

I like the looks of the Buick more, but I understand the 442 was a better beast,

Technically they are both the same car, but with Buick and Olds specific fits. I went with a tie. I like them both.

I think you'll find the GSX to have about the same HP as the 442 but a lot more torque.

Not my favourites, but if I has to choose, the Oldsmobile would come first.
WOW! Being honest, I have to say that I don't ever recall hearing anyone say that the GSX or 442 were not a favorite. They were both Boss cars in the Muscle era. But to each their own.

Now this was tough! I get all ga-ga over both of these cars whenever I see them at car shows. Of all the Muscle Cars, they are both my favorites. I mean, I love Challengers and Camaros, and many others, but GM absolutely (in my opinion) nailed what muscle was supposed to be in style and power.
Now the above said, since I don't like to vote a "Tie", MY VOTE GOES TO OLDSMOBILE!
