I think Caddy is a better look, not sure I’d want the maintenance.

I like the Caddy but love the Lincoln styling; it's my favorite Lincoln design.
One of the few times that I have to vote "Sorry, interest in this selection". The Cadillac styling is odd and confusing. Nothing it flows smoothly to my eyes. Looks like it may have been put together by "committee", and everyone getting to put something on it. And the Lincoln has a hood that could serve as landing strip for a 747 plane. Too long, too bulky, and doesn't deliver a feeling of comfort. Love the photos though!!!

Lincoln. They hit a home run with the Mark III !

IMO, both designs have aged well. The both accomplished their primary goals, announcing thier owners had arrived in grace and style. Their bold, knife edge lines give no quarter and cleave the way for the long hoods to glide over the tarmac at outrageous speeds. The large square grilles are modern while looking back on more classic times. They are huge but represent an era when the finest American cars floated effrotlessly over the highways while coddling their passengers in decadent comfort and luxury. "Gas mileage? Who cares! Have the valet wipe the dust off while I play the front nine and light my Macanudo with a five dollar bill!"
All that being said, the Lincoln has always been one of my most favorite designs of all.

Lincoln for all the reasons stated above.
Retired in Dunedin, Florida.
Love both, but today it's the flamboyant Eldorado.

@jkuvakas Well stated John. I drove my father-in-law's '69 Mark III a lot in the 70's and marveled how well it handled; including around town. For such a large car it was very agile. I also drove it home to Canada from Mesa, Arizona and it cruised the I-5 like a dream.
