Going with the Challenger; I never took to that Trans Am body style although nothing really wrong with it.

I like both enough to call it a tie.

An easy win for the Firebird. Beautiful body, wonderful power, while the previously lovely Challenger was gunked up with gewgaws.

For me, GM's F-Body cars of '70-'73 were one of the best designs ever to come out of Detroit.

I have to vote for the Challenger over Trans Am.  I like the front end of the Trans Am, but from the hood back, General Motors blew it.  It's not attractive to me in the least.  But that Challenger to my eyes still had that, "Where are the keys, let me open this baby up" feeling.

To me the Challenger was tarted  up with a few things that it didn't need. The 70 Challenger was the best and cleanest body style. I had a 70 Trans Am and it was as pure and perfect as that one that you've shown right there and that is what my vote is. The Trans Am !!!!!!

Tough call, today it's the Challenger. The styling appears livelier to me.
