1) CHRYLSER 2) DeSoto 3) Plymouth 4) Dodge 5) Imperial
Truth be told, I think the Imperial appeared to be put together by committee. It just doesn't flow smoothly to my eyes.
The Dodge is very busy looking, but looks better than the Imperial.
The Plymouth loses me when I see any other '57 from any of the Big Three in comparison.
The DeSoto can only be explained as "odd looking" after the beautiful '56 the year before.
BUT THE CHRYSLER, is a masterful work of art on wheels.

I know this is subjective, but I put the Imperial higher up on my list because of the car's awesome interior. It was Chrysler at its best. There were beautiful tone-on-tone color schemes and a thoroughly modern but tasteful dash. Yes, the grille is a bit garish, but the rest of the car is all sweeping lines and expansive decks. Fortunately, you can't see the grille from the driver's seat!

DeSoto, Dodge, Plymouth, Imperial and Chrysler 300. Not a fan of that egg crate nose.
I agree with George. That Chrysler 300C is magnificent.

Imperial, Chrysler, Desoto, Dodge, Plymouth.
I like your comment about your voting for the Imperial because of the interior. I have many times taken the interior of a car in to the equation when voting. Reason being for me is, that when one owns a car, it is usually the owner that sees the most of that interior, thus it should be favored. And yes you're correct, this is always subjective. I like the interior (shared by your photo), and it's beautiful. But in this instance for me, not beautiful enough for me to vote for it over the Chrysler. And the Chrysler by the way, has a remarkable interior itself. HAPPY NEW YEAR John, and continued appreciation for all you do to give us this Forum to have fun on.
